Saathi Samreedhi is a PVC pipe dealer reward program in India, run by TMT Plus from Mohali, Punjab, and open to dealers, distributors, retailers, electricians and plumbers wherever TMT Plus products are sold. This page covers what the programme offers across the country, how support works, and what to expect on delivery and cash redemption.
How a PVC pipe dealer reward program in India works day to day
The mechanics do not change by state. Buy a participating TMT Plus pack, scratch the coupon inside, scan it in the app, and points post to your balance. Redeem in the app for a reward from the catalogue or for cash credit to your bank account. The PVC pipe loyalty program page walks through each step.
Coverage and delivery
- Registration: by Indian mobile number, one membership per number, free.
- Language: the app and support work in English and Hindi. FAQs on the homepage are available in both.
- Rewards delivery: physical rewards are dispatched to the address in your profile and tracked in the app from approval to delivery. Availability can vary by region and stock; a substitute of equal value may be offered.
- Cash redemption: transferred to the bank account saved in the app. Keep the details current.
Support
The support desk is on the phone Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST, and reachable by email and WhatsApp from the contact page. A code that will not scan, a claim that is late, or a number that needs changing all go through the same desk. Numbers are changed manually so a balance transfers safely.
Who the programme is for
- PVC pipe dealers earning on counter stock.
- Distributors seeing depot-scale volume in one balance.
- Hardware and electrical retailers of any size.
- Electricians, plumbers and contractors earning on the material they install.
